The Cantina Bottenago is a multifunctional structure born with the aim of creating a productive space for the agricultural-wine company, without neglecting hospitality, catering, and the ability to host large events.

The property aimed to reconcile production needs with a modern aesthetic that seamlessly integrated with the surrounding hills and vineyards.
The most challenging task was meeting the demand for luxury finishes while maintaining the practicality typical of a structured agricultural company. This challenge was overcome thanks to a technical approach that carefully examined every detail, not overlooking even the smallest sheet metal finishing.

The structure rises on the hills of Polpenazze, in the heart of Valtenesi, and consists of 4 large "rooms" spread over two floors, separated by a full-height entrance atrium enclosed at both ends by glass facades.
The basement, spanning over 1000 square meters, is entirely dedicated to winemaking activities and supporting the restaurant area.
